Absolute disappointment.
The first half felt extremely artificial — from the dialogues and situations to most of the performances, except for Lalettan. Because of that, even the interval block failed to create any real impact.
The second half and climax were packed with forced moments. Some characters appeared out of nowhere, while others vanished without purpose. Technically too, the film felt very weak, exactly as feared.
The one and only major positive was Lalettan, especially whenever he transformed into Georgekutty.
A franchise should also know when it’s time to stop.
